Alaska Teamster-Employer Welfare Trust invites you and your eligible dependents to participate in the 2024 Coalition Health Fair.

Fairs will be held in Anchorage (9/21 and 9/22) at the Dena’ina Center.  Fairbanks (9/14 and 9/15) at a NEW location in the Fairbanks Pipeline Training Center.  Mat-Su Valley (9/21) at Mat-Su Regional.  Soldotna (10/5) at Central Peninsula Hospital.  Juneau (10/5 and 10/6) at Centennial Hall.

You must register to attend these fairs.

Lab tests will be available for adults over the age of 18. Pre-registration is required, and closes 7 days before a given fair. Space may be limited. Tests, paid 100% by your health plan, include: chemistry, hematology profile, A1C, thyroid screen, prostate disease screen (for those age 40 and older), and vitamin D.

The Quadrivalent flu vaccine is offered to eligible participants age 9 and over (see flyer for details) and paid for by the Coalition.
