Hinge Health is a new benefit beginning January 1, 2025 that will be offered to you and your eligible family members at no additional cost to you. If you’re struggling with joint or muscle pain, Hinge Health can help with virtual programs that combine gentle exercise with one-on-one support to improve your condition, reduce pain, and help you move confidently.
Whether your goal is to go hiking more, spend time in your garden, or take the stairs (or all three), you can get pain relief with exercises that can be done in as little as 15 minutes – anytime, anywhere you’re comfortable.
