Life Insurance Benefit
Participant – $25,000
Spouse and Dependent Child – $2,000 -
Accidental Death & Dismemberment
In addition to the amount payable for life insurance, for the participant only an additional benefit of $25,000 is available if the death or a dismemberment is caused by an accident.
