Effective 7/1/2001, Participation begins on the first of the month following 250 Hours of Covered Employment in a Plan Year. -
Break-in-ServiceMore Information
Effective 7/1/2001, a One- Year Break-in-Service occurs in a Plan Year if your hours are less than 250. If you are not vested, you will cease to be a Participant at the end of the Plan Year and your Vesting and Benefit Service are cancelled.
